Call recording and import
Relevant phone conversations can be recorded or imported as the basis for further processing.
Customer memory for teams
EasyAfterCall collects and structures knowledge from your customer conversations, so follow-up, history and next action no longer depend on memory and scattered notes.
The platform is under active development. Every capability below is labelled with its status.

The problem
After a customer conversation, the important details usually live in someone's head, in private notes, in email threads or spread across several systems. That makes follow-up person-dependent and the history incomplete.
When a colleague takes over the account, the dialogue often starts from scratch.
Commitments are noted differently from person to person – or not at all.
Telephony, email, calendar and CRM each tell part of the story.
How the product is designed
This flow describes the product direction. Each step is only usable to the extent the underlying capability is marked as available.
Relevant customer calls are recorded or imported.
The conversation is turned into text.
Points, commitments and context are extracted.
Knowledge is attached to contact and company.
Tasks and suggested follow-up email.
The team knows what happens next.
Use cases
One customer memory – different needs.
Keep track of commitments, objections and next steps without writing everything down manually.
See what the customer previously discussed with you before the call begins.
Keep continuity in the relationship, also when ownership changes hands.
Get an overview of customer dialogue across the team instead of scattered notes.

Vision
The goal of EasyAfterCall is that knowledge about the customer does not live in one employee's head, but in a shared, structured memory built continuously through contact with the customer.
This is the product vision we work towards. See feature status for what exists today.
Integrations
Integrations are built gradually and with the fewest possible permissions. Status is shown on each card.
Identity and workflow in the Google environment, with minimal permissions.
Support for follow-up email. We do not want broader inbox access than necessary.
Availability via free/busy – without reading meeting content.
Connection to the Microsoft environment for mail and calendar.
Follow-up and calendar inside the Outlook workflow.
The source of the conversations that form the customer memory.
Privacy and trust
We design the platform around data minimisation. The following describes our architectural principles, not a legal guarantee or a certification.
We request the narrowest possible scopes from integration providers.
Customer data is kept separated between workspaces.
Access to data is granted by role and need.
For availability it is enough to know whether a slot is free or busy – not what the meeting is about.
Get in touch for a conversation about your needs, or log in if you already have access to the platform.
